Refund and Returns Policy

At Gadget AI, we aim to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 10-day return policy. Please note that returns or refunds cannot be processed beyond this period.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will only be approved if the item meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your payment method for the credited amount.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider if you don’t see the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at safarbazaarstore@gmail.com and send your item to Gadget AI Store , North Nazimabad , Karachi PAKISTAN.


Shipping Returns

To return an item, mail it to Gadget AI Store , North Nazimabad , Karachi PAKISTAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Safar Bazaar is not responsible for items lost in transit.
